Welcome to Organic By Marwa. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect.

• The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened or used oils

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

• Change of mind after order delivery

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

• A refund may be issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately with:

• Your order number

• Product images

• Parcel opening video (if available)

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
